If you have a complaint against a retailer you can now make your complaint by using an app on your phone. As long as the retailer is a member of the ROCS APP scheme you will be able to lodge your complaint, the retailer will converse with you to resolve your complaint. If both parties cannot come to a amicable agreement the complaint can then be escalated to the Retail Ombudsman for a determination.
